Rising critically acclaimed San Antonio, TX rapper Mike Dimes shares a new single and music video entitled “Kiss N Tell” [feat. Dro Kenji] today.

With laidback smoked-out production, the track layers glowing keys above skittering hi-hats. Mike drops hypnotic meanwhile, Dro Kenji rolls through with a melodic refrain and head-nodding bars.

The accompanying visual opens on this dynamic duo stranded on the side of the highway. As the beat kicks into high gear, the clip jumps from dreamy footage in an old school saloon to shots of the rising stars in front of a massive Texas flag and back on the road. Dimes will never “Kiss N Tell,” though…

It lands after the fan and critical favorite “Heavy Metal.” The latter has already gathered 1.1 million Spotify streams and counting and 139K YouTube views on the music video.

Right out of the gate, Rolling Stone touted it among “All the Songs You Need to Know This Week,” and Brooklyn Vegan proclaimed, “Rising Texas rapper Mike Dimesfollows his great 2022 album In Dimes We Trust with this booming new single.” HotNewHipHop said best, “After having an undeniably triumphant 2022, Mike Dimes is preparing to bring the same energy into 2023.”

Meanwhile, he will embark on a string of tour dates this Spring, kicking off with Mike Madness at Cornell University tomorrow, March 25. Check out the full confirmed itinerary below.
