The young Nigerian woman, aged 23 years, who had completed her medical education at the Medical University of Kharkiv, Ukraine, passed away due to injuries caused by a Russian airstrike.
According to reports, Nnani Adaobi Marian sustained severe injuries during an attack with a guided aerial bomb in Kharkiv, Ukraine, on June 29. She initially underwent treatment in Kharkiv, but later transferred to Germany for better medical assistance.
However, all attempts to save her life were not successful, and she passed away due to injuries, say sources.
She passed away a few days after the same attack claimed her friend Fatima’s life.
