‘Outer Banks’ Season 3 Tops Netflix English TV List With 154.97 Hours Watched

Fans traveled to an idyllic island as Season 3 of Outer Banks debuted atop the English TV List with 154.97M hours viewed, making it the most viewed title this week. In advance of the premiere, Pogues also revisited Seasons 1 (35.1M hours viewed) and Season 2 (23.86M hours viewed).

The world of POGUELANDIA was also brought to life in Netflix’s first-of-its-kind, fan-fueled, immersive event in Huntington Beach, CA, with musical performances from Khalid, Lil Baby, alt-J, Elley Duhé, Surf Mesa, and The Nude Party along with appearances from the cast. Fans will get to enjoy even more adventures as Season 4 returns.

New entrants on the English TV List included the three-part docuseries Murdaugh Murders: A Southern Scandal in the #2 spot with 40.5M hours viewed and Season 5 of Formula 1: Drive to Survive with 25.76M hours viewed which took fans behind the scenes of one of the world’s most thrilling sports.

Fans returned to their favorite murder mystery You (27.75M hours viewed), which has now amassed 44.9M views (183.9M hours viewed divided by runtime of 4.1 hours) for the first five episodes. Reality dating series Perfect Match (39.51M hours viewed), Red Rose (20.54M hours viewed) and Wednesday (18.95M hours viewed) all remained on the list. 

We Have a Ghost entered the English Films List with 40.47M hours viewed. Written and directed by Christopher Landon with a star-studded cast, the family-friendly horror comedy was in the Top 10 in 91 countries. Psychological thriller The Strays kept members on the edge of their seats with 28.78M hours viewed. Meanwhile, Your Place or Mine continued to pull at the heartstrings of viewers, landing in the #3 spot with 22.29M hours viewed. 

Korean mystery Unlocked topped the Non-English Films List with 16.15M hours viewed. Following its sweep at the BAFTAs and in its 14th week on the Top 10 list, the German film All Quiet on the Western Front moved into the #2 spot. Returning titles included Polish romantic comedy Squared Love All Over Again, Mexican comedy All the Places, Japanese horror Re/Member, and French action-adventure The Last Mercenary. 

On the Non-English TV side, Mexican thriller Triptych topped the list with 50.73M hours viewed. Korean titles were mainstays on the list with competition reality series Physical: 100, and romantic comedies Love to Hate You and Crash Course in Romance. The Law According to Lidia Poët, inspired by the true story of Italy’s first female lawyer, also returned to the list. French thriller Ganglands Season 1 and Season 2 kept members entertained. Colombia series Eva Lasting debuted on the list. Season 3 Mexican drama La Reina del Sur closed out the list.
