Kyle Mowitz, who is seeing Kim Zolciak, has filed new court documents in his divorce proceedings. He claims that his wife, Jillian Green, was lying when testifying about her relationship with Kroy Biermann, Zolciak’s husband, according to reports from TMZ.
Mowitz claims that the woman had sworn before the court that she and Biermann were just friends who had met only once and that they did not intend to stay in touch. She further swore that she would not allow Biermann near her children.
However, according to Mowitz, these were all lies. In addition, he states that he spotted Biermann’s car parked at their house, with the kids around. Furthermore, the divorce court texts have shown that Biermann and Green have been communicating more frequently than she ever admitted, and that Biermann is always seen by neighbors at their home.
Based on the unpredictable behavior of Biermann, Mowitz claims that the man has a history of mental and physical abuse of both adults and children. Hence, he has asked the court to ban Biermann from coming to their house and from contacting his children.
Further, he has asked the court for permission to enter the house to collect weapons, to inventory the expensive wines stored in it, and to install a lock on their wine cellar.
