Producers Mistakenly Used A Picture of Emma Roberts Instead of Emma Watson in Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts

Harry Potter 20th Anniversary: Return to Hogwarts will have an edited version ‘up shortly’ after fans spotted a throwback pic of Emma Roberts that was used for Emma Watson.

“You brought an editing mistake of a mislabeled photograph to our attention. New version up shortly”

Fans were quick noticed after going back down Emma Roberts Instagram memory lane all the way 2012 to see the exact same photo she posted on her Instagram end up in Harry Potter: 20th Anniversary Special on HBO Max.

The highly anticipated Max Original retrospective special was released on January 1st. We all got to see one of our most beloved film franchises of all time reunite Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint, Emma Watson, and other esteemed cast members and filmmakers across all eight Harry Potter films for the first time to celebrate the anniversary of the franchise’s first film, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone.

The other Harry Potter film alumni joined the memorable tribute include Helena Bonham Carter, Robbie Coltrane, Ralph Fiennes, Jason Isaacs, Gary Oldman, Tom Felton, James Phelps, Oliver Phelps, Mark Williams, Bonnie Wright, Alfred Enoch, Ian Hart, Toby Jones, Matthew Lewis, Evanna Lynch, producer David Heyman and filmmakers Chris Columbus, Alfonso Cuarón, Mike Newell and David Yates.
