This woman didn’t just endanger the dog she was also physically blocking this man from leaving and intimidating him and making racist comments. I’m all for mental health awareness but that doesn’t take away from the racism.
If the genders and/or races been switched this person would be in jail, which would be fair. Struggling people deserve compassion, but you don’t get to be a danger to those around you. Based on her mental health comments it looks like she’s in and out of the system. I hope she gets the help, she needs.
