King has been accused of misappropriating funds and for allegedly fabricating a racial motive around a Houston shooting.

The purpose of the diamond ball is to acknowledge black activist that have done so much outstanding work for their community. it is inspiring that rihanna chooses to honor these activist. Despite her lack of awareness of shaun king’s antics, her intentions for the ball are pure.
