Grammy Award-winning Spanish singer Rosalía has landed her first acting gig in the third season of HBO’s Euphoria, where she will play Magick, a pole dancer. She explained that this achievement was not an easy road for her.

The artist took to her Instagram page today, sharing a touching selfie and revealing behind-the-scenes details of her television debut. She explained how nerve-racking it was to attend her first-ever audition, with everything in English, and to learn the choreography in less than 48 hours.

“This was my face when they confirmed I got the role in Euphoria,” Rosalía wrote. “It was the first casting of my life, and EVERYTHING was in English.”

She elaborated further on the subject, saying, “Imagine having a dream for years and seeing it come true when you least expect it.”

Furthermore, she shared the struggles of preparing for the show. “I had to learn a choreography in less than 48 hours, the one that will appear in tonight’s episode, and I remember biting my lip a lot from nerves, and my arm bruised so badly it looked like I had an entire galaxy on my bicep.”

She wrapped up her post by thanking the show’s creator: “Thank you, Sam, and everyone else for believing in me,” she wrote. “Forever a fan of Euphoria and grateful for this experience.”

The singer’s appearance in the club scenes has sparked significant fan discourse about the upcoming 2026 season. Her debut scene was brief but aesthetically appealing for one of Spain’s globally celebrated musicians.

Euphoria Season 3 is now streaming on HBO.
