“Madame Web,” which will be released in theaters on February 14th, stars Dakota Johnson, Sydney Sweeney, Isabela Merced, Celeste O’Connor, Tahar Rahim, Mike Epps, Emma Roberts, and Adam Scott. In a departure from the traditional superhero genre, “Madame Web” tells the origin story of Cassandra Webb, portrayed by Dakota Johnson. The story unfolds as she is forced to confront revelations about her past, making connections with three young women whose fates hold enormous power – if they can navigate a perilous present.
SJ Clarkson directs while Matt Sazama, Burk Sharpless, Claire Parker, and SJ Clarkson write the screenplay. The story, based on Marvel Comics, is about suspense and self-discovery. The creative team is led by producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura, with Adam Merims, SJ Clarkson, and Claire Parker serving as executive producers.
