Sophie Rain, an OnlyFans star and social media personality, supported actress Jamie Pressly’s decision to join the site. Additionally, she commented on another Hollywood celebrity who has joined OnlyFans, Shannon Elizabeth, whose reported opening week was seven-figure.
With more than 3 million followers on X, Rain posted a link to Variety about Pressly’s entry to the platform, saying, “so cool to see celebrities join the platform 🫶🏼 sending her love and hopefully a successful launch!”
Pressly joining the platform adds to the number of Hollywood personalities using OnlyFans as a direct fan interaction site and an earning tool. In the meantime, actress Shannon Elizabeth reportedly earned more than $1 million in the very first week of being on OnlyFans at 52.
Rain mentioned this accomplishment of Elizabeth’s through a slightly humorous comment, “i have some good competition now.”
Many were praising the move and said that “Love seeing Jaime take control and connect with her fans directly. So empowering! Wishing her a huge successful launch!” while others thought that maybe there is going to be a change in attitude towards the platform itself, “Watch the same people who used to shame creators suddenly become the biggest supporters now.”
