First arrested at 19 years old for gun- and drug-related charges, Robert Rihmeek Williams—like many other black and brown people—has found himself in a relationship with a corrupt criminal justice system.
The 32-year-old, Dreamchaser founder is bringing his story of injustice to your homes with the help of Amazon Prime Video.
“I was caught up. I can’t tell you why. It’s been going on hundreds of years before me,” said to The Root at the New York City premiere of Free Meek.
Many others big names like Jay-Z, Van Jones, Robert Kraft, and Michael Rubin weighed in on America’s corrupt criminal justice system.
Jay-Z, Meek Mill, Robert Kraft, Michael Rubin, and many more launched Reform Alliance, earlier this year. The organization that aims to reduce the number of people serving unjust parole and probation sentences.
