Yetide Badaki is a Nigerian-born American actress, whose credits include “Aquarius,” “Masters of Sex,” “NCIS,” “Criminal Minds,” a recurring arc on “Sequestered,” “The Magicians” and, recently, “This Is Us.” Feature-length films include The Long Shadow and What We Found. Badaki is also the award-winning narrator of the sci-fi/fantasy novels Akata Witch and Akata Warrior by Nnedi Okorafor as well as narrator for the NBA Finals. She holds an M.F.A. in theater from Illinois State University.
Badaki was recently a guest on The Wayne Ayers Podcast to speak about her upbringing, storytelling, and more. She recently released a short film titled In Hollywoodland that premiered at Bentonville Film Festival.
