An Ole Miss fan who became an internet sensation after an ESPN cameraman caught her on camera during the team’s recent win against Louisville opened up about some of the direct messages she got because of the moment.
Sara Smith instantly became an internet sensation. She showed off her favorite messages in a TikTok clip.
“Okay, let’s go through my favorite DMs that I’ve gotten in the last 24 hours,” Smith says. “Starting off strong. Thank you for the credentials.”
Her favorite direct messages include men sharing their height and salary, among others. Some also asked what she needs at the grocery store.
“Another good one. Never gotten this before. I love Whole Foods, though,” she says.
Some people tried to give her a luxury bag from Paris.
“Great use of emojis. This is a good one. I like Louis Vuitton,” Smith adds.
At least one direct message offered to “save” her.
“As a matter of fact, I haven’t. I don’t think you can save me for what this football season’s about to look like,” Smith jokes.
Some direct messages were long enough to become a book.
“This might as well have been a book, but I appreciate the effort. This one was unique. I don’t even know what that means, but thank you,” Smith explains.
Smith ended the video by showing some of her favorite direct messages.
