There’s a new poster and trailer for Beware Boiúna, the latest horror film set amidst the rainforests of Amazonia, with the ominous subtitle, “She’s Here.”
This movie revolves around a medical mission in the Amazon that turns into a struggle for survival after Boiúna, a giant creature, awakens to protect her domain. In the forest, where nature rules supreme, she alone chooses whether you live or die.
Beware Boiúna is directed by Mike P. Nelson from a script by Alan McElroy, and is based on a story by Tony Giglio and McElroy. Jeremy Bolt and Robert Kulzer produce the movie.
Kiana Madeira, Jessica Rothe, and Logan Marshall-Green star in the film.
As a suspenseful horror movie, Beware Boiúna is 104 minutes long and is expected to open in US theatres on October 2, 2026.
