Bianca Graulau took to Tik Tok to talk about the protests that are heating up in Rincon, Puerto Rico over the construction of a pool on the beach.
The construction of a Hotel Pool near the ocean, was ordered to stop by the court. Graulau claims the order was revoked because the Governor cousin owned a condo in the building.
