Pop provocateur Charli XCX is officially off the market. The 32-year-old Brat icon has reportedly married George Daniel, 35, drummer of indie-rock royalty The 1975, in an intimate wedding ceremony on Saturday in East London.
TMZ broke the news early Saturday evening, reporting that the couple was seen outside Hackney Town Hall kissing in front of family and friends. Footage shared on X (formerly Twitter) shows the newlyweds basking in post-nuptial joy, beaming as they posed for photos and embraced guests after saying “I do.”
Bridal Look Breaks Tradition, But Stuns
Charli XCX, born Charlotte Aitchison, ditched the princess core for something edgier and unmistakably “Brat.” She wore a white, off-the-shoulder silk mini dress, a nod to 1960s mod aesthetics, paired with a flowing white veil. Charli XCX and George Daniel first sparked romance rumors in early 2022 following their musical collaborations on her album Crash. The couple went Instagram official in May of that year, and their chemistry, both personal and professional, became impossible to ignore.
