Crunchyroll has unveiled its massive lineup for the upcoming Anime Expo from July 4-7. The streaming giant is set to captivate attendees with over 20 panels and premieres, including sneak peeks at the latest anime series and films.
One of the event’s highlights is the theatrical release of “BOCCHI THE ROCK! Recap Films Part 1 and Part 2,” which will soon hit North American theaters. The award-winning slice-of-life music series follows the story of Hitori “Bocchi” (“Loner”) Goto, a shy high school girl who finds solace in her guitar until she joins the “Kessoku Band.” In celebration of its upcoming release, a special panel featuring Director Keiichiro Saito and voice actor Yoshino Aoyama will provide fans with behind-the-scenes insights.
Crunchyroll’s presence at Anime Expo is bolstered by a robust slate of new episodes, series, and seasons set to stream, including:
- “After-school Hanako-kun”
- “Alya Sometimes Hides Her Feelings in Russian”
- “Arifureta Season 3”
- “MF GHOST Season 2”
- “Narenare -Cheer for You!-“
- “No Longer Allowed in Another World”
- “Witch Hat Atelier”
Attendees can trade their typical Fourth of July festivities for an immersive anime experience at The Crunchyroll Stage at the JW Marriott. This venue will feature a retrospective on “TRIGUN STAMPEDE” and a sneak peek into its future, alongside new information about the eagerly awaited “Witch Hat Atelier.”
The Crunchyroll Stage will also host several exciting premieres, such as “Senpai is an Otokonoko” and “To Be Hero X.” The star-studded lineup includes GRAMMY-nominated rapper Logic discussing anime’s influence on his music and NFL star Jamaal Williams exploring the intersection of African American culture and anime in “The Revenge of the BLERDS: Black Love of Anime” panel.
Additionally, Crunchyroll will offer a 90-minute premiere of “Re: ZERO Season 3” with voice actor Yusuke Kobayashi and key series staff in attendance. Fans can also look forward to an exclusive preview of “OVERLORD: The Sacred Kingdom” before its theatrical release and the English Dub premiere of the “One Piece Egghead Island Arc.”
Further highlighting Crunchyroll’s extensive programming are panels for upcoming seasons and new series, including:
- “Arifureta: From Commonplace to World’s Strongest Season 3”

Crunchyroll and Aniplex will provide fans with insider views of beloved anime, featuring special appearances from industry luminaries. Notably, the “Black Butler” panel will include Producer Yoshito Ito, Director Kenjiro Okada, and renowned voice actor Daisuke Ono. “Solo Leveling” enthusiasts can attend a panel with Taito Ban and Aleks Le, the Japanese and English voices of Sung Jinwoo, along with A-1 Pictures Producer Atsushi Kaneko.
On the Anime Expo show floor, Crunchyroll will operate its largest booth ever (#2526), featuring immersive scenes and sounds from popular anime. A standout attraction is The Solo Leveling Experience, which plunges fans into the heart of the hit series. The Crunchyroll Store will also be on-site, offering over 70 items, including exclusive merchandise.
