Kai’s friend allegedly sexually assaulted Jovi Peña at the party to which Kai had invited her, according to allegations made by TikToker and Instagram model Jovi Peña in January.

After posting the allegation on social media, Pena accused Kai of refusing to help and attempting to defend his friend. Kai disputed this and said he would not discuss the circumstances until he had received legal counsel.

Djigui Seck, also known as Jiggy, the accused, initially remained silent in the face of the charge. On April 24, he posted an explicit video of the alleged incident on Twitter, but it was later taken down for breaking Twitter’s terms of service. He also refuted the charges.

Following the release of the video, he tweeted about the reasons he chose to remain silent, including the fact that his lawyer advised him to do so, wanting Jovi to go into detail about what happened that night and that he didn’t want to argue with her on social media.

Seck continued by saying he didn’t know what would happen, but he just wanted to see how she would act after coming out on social media.

In a series of tweets that followed, Seck both shared previous Jovi Pena social media posts and refuted the timeline of events that had been claimed.

The posted video and the denial received a response from Jovi. In addition to other details like the assertion that she was smiling, she denied that the interaction was consensual.

She also criticized his choice to upload a video, saying that he was aware “that the internet will respect me less because of it. Really using misogyny to your full advantage.”

In addition to ceasing to use Twitter, Seck declared he would stop posting about the incident. Additionally, he acknowledged that Twitter had warned him to remove the video if he didn’t comply or risk having his account deleted.

The complete Twitter conversation between Djigui Seck and Jovi Pea was posted by a user going by the handle (@4ortunefame).

Since January, Kai Cenat has not made any public remarks about the predicament.
