Dr. Heavenly Kimes Talks ‘Married to Medicine’ Season 10

Dr. Heavenly Kimes isn’t new to the reality series realm “Married to Medicine” and has continuously flourished within her career throughout the years. She values and appreciates that fans are able to witness the growth that she’s shared with them, but also that the Black women within their cast are able to inspire others to strive for their dreams and goals.

Things are definitely heating up this new season with intertwining personalities and bringing back husbands who were divorced from their wives – for the first time. Not only do their backgrounds differ amongst the cast, but the difference in ages gives the opportunity to mentor the incoming new youth that Dr. Heavenly says “We have to teach them”.

She attributes her grounded beliefs and values to listening to her mother’s guidance and how she always advised her in the right direction about the situation at hand. Although she believes the youth may be easily swayed or privileged from not having to deal with certain things their generation had to go through, her advice to our generation is to just listen to your mentors and the “aunties” who want the best for you.

Regardless of her fame status, Dr. Heavenly Kimes prioritizes God and her family for what’s truly important in her life. She believes that everything is secondary and she’s always wanted to remain fully present in her family’s life. She doesn’t look to anyone for their approval on her decisions for her lifestyle and she advises that it’s essential to block out the unnecessary noise.

Dr. Heavenly Kimes isn’t worried about anyone else’s opinion of her on and off the internet and doesn’t listen to any of the “haters” who may want a reaction. This new season will show relationships and friendships either get stronger or weaken amongst the cast, career highs and lows, new dynamics within the “Married to Medicine” realm, and more. “Married to Medicine” season 10 will be released on Sunday, November 5th on Bravo.
