A federal court judge has turned down the request of Milagro Gramz for a delay in making payments of the $75,000 judgment award to Megan Thee Stallion until the appeal is concluded, reports BET.

According to Gramz, the immediate payment will cause her hardship, given that she works alone, has few liquid assets, and has irregular monthly income.

Gramz further claimed that the appeal she filed has raised significant legal issues that may reverse the judgment.

These claims were denied by the judge since Gramz had failed to present sufficient evidence of financial hardships and the likelihood of winning the appeal.

In her lawsuit, Megan Thee Stallion was awarded $75,000 due to defamation and infliction of emotional distress by Gramz.

This issue involved allegations that Gramz encouraged people to watch an adult AI-generated deepfake video of Megan.
