A former housekeeper has sued Kylie Jenner, accusing her of mistreating household workers, according to TMZ.
Angelica Vasquez, who started working for the entrepreneur and model in September 2024, claimed that she worked in a different property under the supervision of Elsi and Patsy.
Vasquez claims that she encountered racism, religious discrimination, and harassment when she first joined the company. She claims that other staff members ridiculed and belittled her for her color, race, nationality, and religion.
Additionally, she claims that one of her supervisors called Catholics “horrible” and that people similar to her would be deported.
According to the document, Vasquez feels she was deliberately assigned difficult duties, scolded frequently, and had her fingers snapped at by her superiors. Additionally, the lawsuit claims that a supervisor threw hangers at her when she protested the abuse.
As a result of the work atmosphere, Vasquez developed anxiety and signs of post-traumatic stress disorder. She claims that she left the position in August 2025 after lodging complaints about the abuse, which were not addressed. She seeks compensation for unpaid earnings and punitive damages.
TMZ learned from sources close to the case that the former housekeeper had been a problem employee and did not arrive on time. However, many of the claims concern other employees’ conduct.
