Former Minneapolis Police Officers J. Alexander Kueng, Thomas Lane and Tou Thao Joint Trial Starts on August 23rd

A Hennepin County courts spokesperson has confirmed that the joint trial of former MPD officers J. Alexander Kueng, Thomas Lane and Tou Thao starting on Aug. 23 will be televised.

Tou Thao, Thomas Lane,  and J. Alexander Kueng are being charged for aiding and abetting second degree murder and second degree manslaughter in the death of George Floyd.

Derek Chauvin was found guilty on all counts: second-degree murder, third-degree muder, and second-degree manslaughter in the killing of George Floyd less than two weeks ago.
