Former NBA G-League Player Reportedly Confesses to Murder in Shocking Las Vegas Case

A former NBA G-League player Chance Comanche has reportedly admitted to the murder of 23-year-old Maryana Rodgers, shedding light on a gruesome crime that unfolded in Las Vegas. Chance and an accomplice, 19-year-old Sakari Harnden, now face murder charges in connection with Maryana’s tragic death after she went missing on December 5th.

Details from the arrest report obtained by FOX5 reveal a disturbing plot orchestrated by Sakari and Chance. The two had been friends with Maryana at some point, but Sakari harbored resentment, alleging that Maryana had spoken to authorities in Los Angeles, leading to her boyfriend’s arrest in a double murder case.

Sakari, motivated by this perceived betrayal, contacted her ex-boyfriend, Chance Comanche, to devise a sinister plan to eliminate Maryana. Text messages exchanged between the suspects unveiled an initial attempt to involve a third party in the murder, which ultimately failed. Subsequently, Sakari and Chance hatched their own gruesome scheme.

Under the guise of a disturbing “trick” scenario, Chance posed as someone interested in “kinky sex” and proposed tying both women up in a car. Maryana, under the impression that she would earn $1,000, agreed to the meeting. Sakari joined her in the front seat, willingly offering her hands to be tied.

In a horrifying turn of events, Chance confessed to using an HDMI cord to strangle Maryana while Sakari actively participated in choking her. Once Maryana became unresponsive, both assailants checked for a pulse to confirm her demise.

Following the murder, the pair drove around until discovered a remote spot in the desert, where they callously disposed of Maryana’s lifeless body.
