Content creator Lily Phillips, 24, known for her boundary-pushing online persona, has gone public with a detailed account of every cosmetic procedure she’s had, saying she wants to be transparent about when, where, and how much each surgery cost.
Phillips said she has spent tens of thousands of British pounds on procedures performed on London’s Harley Street, beginning with a labiaplasty in 2021. She said the decision was driven by personal preference rather than outside pressure.
“Honestly, it was the best surgery I’ve ever had,” Phillips said. “It’s the best decision I’ve ever made. I love it. To this day, I think I’ve got the perfect pu*sy.”
The procedure, described as “a cosmetic surgical procedure which reshapes or reduces the size of the labia, specifically the labia minora,” cost £5,000, Phillips said. She was under anesthesia for the hour-long surgery and described the recovery as largely pain-free aside from some soreness.
“I think they suggested that I don’t have sex for a month, but I think I started doing that after about 2 week,s and it was totally fine,” she said.
Phillips later had a chin implant with liposuction, a procedure she said was subtle enough that many people don’t realize she has had it done.
“This one was a whopping £14,000, which feels kind of crazy because it didn’t make a huge difference, but it just meant that I didn’t have to keep getting filler,” she said.
She said the recovery involved “quite a lot of swelling.” She added, “It kind of froze my jaw for a bit … I couldn’t feel part of my jaw for so long.”
In 2024, Phillips underwent a full 360-degree liposuction procedure for £12,000, aiming for a more defined midsection. She said fat was taken from her upper abs, lower belly, and back to create the look she wanted.
“The back made a huge difference, which I didn’t realize it would. It really defined your bum, you know. That I loved,” she said.
She called it her most painful recovery to date.
“It was just the first surgery that I had done, though, that was quite painful,” she said. “I had to have lymphatic drainage massages every single day for about 2 weeks and then every other day for another like 4 weeks. It was intense. It really was. It was a heavy, heavy recovery.”
Phillips said she is “fairly happy with the results” but noted a slight unevenness.
“I don’t know if it’s just because it’s me and so I notice on myself,” she said. “I’m sure when other people look at it, they don’t really see it, but there is a little patch of fat still there.”
“I would just suggest if you’re thinking about getting this done, make sure you go to someone really, really highly skilled. Like, don’t cheap out on this one,” she said.
Her most recent procedure was a Brazilian butt lift costing £14,000, in which fat harvested from her arms and legs was injected into her buttocks.
“I just wanted more of a shelf on my bum,” she said. “I said, just put it all in the back of my butt. I wanted to make it look as natural as possible, as though I just got the bum from the gym.”
She acknowledged the procedure has left her looking somewhat disproportionate at times.
“It does sometimes look a little bit uneven. It just looks like I got a huge butt and smaller legs. So I kind of wish I’d had a little bit less fat put in, to be honest,” she said.
Phillips said she understands why some people become drawn to repeat cosmetic procedures.
“Just laid on my front. I was eating so much food. I was watching so many TV shows. It was so much fun for me,” she said. “This is bad because this is when surgeries get a bit addictive because I do really enjoy the healing process.”
Despite her enthusiasm for the procedures, Phillips said she recognizes their limits, cautioning that surgery cannot “fix anything inside.”
“Personally, I think if you’re gonna get a surgery done, you’ve got to be happy before, because if you get that thing changed, your insecurities are just going to go on to the next thing,” she said.
Phillips said she is trying not to pursue too many additional procedures.
“Obviously, there are a lot of future surgeries that I would want. I mean, it’s every other week I’m like, ‘Oh, maybe I should get that done. Maybe I need to get my boobs done,” she said. “But the one thing I am really set on getting done is actually toe surgery.”
Phillips said she has “the longest toes you’ve ever seen in the world” and that her feet have been “the bane of my existence.” She said if a shortening procedure is a viable option, she plans to have it done.
“You can basically take out a bit of the bone and just make them short and cute, and that’s what I want,” she said.
