A nurse was petrified after seeing two women feasting on a dead deer near her house on her wildlife camera. According to Kennedy News, the woman believes the two women are “witches” who were involved in a “carcass-eating ritual.”
Corinea Stanhope of Powell River, Canada, set up a hidden wildlife camera after discovering a dead dear to see what animals would eat it.
Surprisingly, she and her grandfather allegedly saw two near-naked women hunched over the deer’s corpse while “dining” on its remains while watching the surveillance footage.
“I don’t know what the heck was up with that,” Corinea Stanhope told Kennedy News. “It really freaked us out, it’s not something you see every day.”
As the camera was set up a two-minute walk from Stanhope’s house, she revealed she is terrified for her family and horses. She revealed that the two women arrived ten minutes after the sun had set.
“I was concerned about them messing with my horses at night,” she said. “The horses always get really spooked and unnerved around that area. I thought they imagined stuff at first, so I didn’t think anything of it. Maybe I believe them now.”
The Canadian nurse hoped that either the incident was a joke or that those involved were “on some good drugs.” After her grandfather pointed out that nothing technically illegal had occurred, she made the decision not to call the police.
After Stanhope posted the images online, social media erupted with claims that they were staged and theories about satanic or other paranormal forces at play.
