A white man got charged with the murders of a mother and her two daughters after they died due to their house getting burned down on November 20th.

A 31-year-old man named Jamie Barrow is facing three murder charges for the killing of Fatoumatta Hydara, a 28-year-old Gambian, and her 3-year and 1-year-old daughters Fatimah Drammeh and Naeemah Drammeh, Nottinghamshire Police said.

Hydara and her daughters reportedly died from smoke inhalation. Naeemah and Fatimah got rushed to Nottingham’s Queen’s Medical Centre but were pronounced dead shortly after arriving. Fatoumatta died in the hospital two days later.

Barrow appeared in Nottingham Magistrates’ Court on November 25th to confirm his name, address, and date of birth. Barrow will appear at Nottingham Crown Court, formally known as the High Court of Justice and Crown Court, Nottingham, tomorrow (November 28th). He’s currently being held in the custody of the Nottingham Magistrates’ Court.
