Kamala Harris’ proposed conditions to forgive student loans for Pell Grant recipients creates confusion

As part of her policy proposal focused on higher education and entrepreneurship, Harris announced student loan debt forgiveness for Pell grant recipients who start businesses that operate for three years in disadvantaged communities. The conditions of the concession sparked plenty of confusion.
