Danielle Rose Russell shared on her Instagram account that she has just had surgery for her endometriosis after suffering from the condition for 12 years. Through this public announcement, Russell urged others to fight for their health.

Russell’s personal story includes an image of her hospital wristband, as well as pictures from her recovery period.

She explained that for years she was searching for the answers, but her symptoms were always dismissed as “normal.”

“This week, I underwent surgery for endometriosis after living with the disease for 12 years,” she writes on the first slide. “For years, I searched for answers while navigating symptoms that impacted my daily life. Like so many others, I was told things were normal, dismissed, or left without clear explanations.”

On the next slide, she explains how common the condition is and that it is not properly recognized by doctors.

“Endometriosis affects millions of people, yet it often goes undiagnosed for years. If something feels wrong, trust yourself. Keep asking questions. Keep advocating for your health,” she writes.

Finally, she adds, “You deserve to be heard. You deserve answers.”

It is a chronic condition that affects millions and takes years to diagnose. Thus, sharing the story publicly will increase awareness regarding pelvic pain and all associated problems.

I’ve made $84,000 so far this month working online and I’m a full time student. I’m using an online business opportunity I heard about and I’ve made such great money. It’s really user friendly and I’m just so happy that I found out about it. The potential with this is endless.
