ICE’s Enforcement and Removal Operations in L.A. wrote about the arrest of this Colombian woman for burglary, and it just went up in flames as everyone had a lot of reactions based on her looks rather than the actual crime.
This post on X by ICE’s ERO Los Angeles talked about their arrest of 26-year-old Dayanna Katerin Riveros-Diaz, who is a Colombian national. The woman was arrested on Feb. 27 and is being held pending deportation proceedings as part of routine enforcement against non-citizens who have committed crimes.
This post had a photo of Riveros-Diaz as she was being handcuffed and put into a police van. She is wearing a pink shirt and flower pajamas and has neck tattoos.
Although this post is supposed to be about immigration enforcement, many people on social media are roasting her looks instead. The post has over 750 comments, and although there are many negative ones, there are many joking ones too.
“WHOA WHOA WHOA, MR. PRESIDENT, HOLD ON JUST A MINUTE HERE,” one person wrote.
Another wrote, “I can fix her, just give me a week.”
One guy wrote, “Speaking from experience, you absolutely can not fix her. A fun ride and you’ll come out richer in experience, but poorer in possessions.”
Many people are joking about her being arrested.
“Hold on now. This is clearly a law-abiding citizen,” one person wrote.
Another wrote, “Wait, hold up…. let’s not be too hasty.”
Dayanna Katerin Riveros-Diaz is still in custody, awaiting immigration proceedings. Not much is known about her burglary charges.
