Sonequa Martin-Green, who currently starring in the CBS All Access hit series “Star Trek: Discovery,” is in talks to join LeBron James in Warner Bros. “Space Jam 2.”
Martin-Green will play James’ wife in the pic, according to Variety.
Space Jam 2 is currently set to hit theaters on July 16, 2021.
Production will get underway this summer during James’ NBA off-season.
Ryan Coogler is producing Space Jam 2 with Charles Ebersol and Maverick Carter. James is exec producing with Justin Lin.
