There are reports that some fans believe the team behind the series Stranger Things relied on ChatGPT to assist in the development of the fifth, or final, season.
The popular Netflix show ended with a two-hour finale on New Year’s Eve, where the villain, Vecna (played by Jamie Campbell Bower), was overcome, and the character Eleven (played by Millie Bobby Brown) seemed to give her life to save her friends. However, in the last minutes of the episode, a theory was floated by Mike (played by Finn Wolfhard) that perhaps she had faked her death and was in a safe location.
However, not all fans of the series were pleased with the finale, as some were left unsettled by the unclear status of Eleven. Some fans held on to the “Conformity Gate” conspiracy theory regarding the surprise ninth episode that would reverse the finale’s revelations.
The documentary about what is going on behind the scenes of season five is called “One Last Adventure: The Making Of Stranger Things 5,” and it has just been released.
A screenshot of a scene involving the Duffer brothers writing their script led to online sleuthing, as a screenshot of one of their laptops is circulating on X. There was even a suggestion that a “ChatGPT” tab was open during their scriptwriting sessions.
