A TikToker, Kylie Brewer, “I hope every r*pist hurts as badly as Conor McGregor,” has gone viral recently due to Brewer’s association of the injury that McGregor suffered during a match with his court defeat in the sexual assault case in 2024.
Brewer says she is not usually excited about people’s suffering, but she sees sense in watching McGregor suffer physically and emotionally from the moment he hit the floor, as a result of the civil trial.
“It was a pleasure to watch someone who committed such an extreme act of sexual violence get just a little bit of a taste of what he inflicted upon somebody else,” states Brewer in the video.
She refers to the 2018 case when McGregor “assaulted a woman so severely” that a tampon got stuck into her vagina, which had to be surgically removed. The creator says that the tampon had to be forcefully extracted with the help of forceps, thus making the case one of the rare ones that is extremely hard to refute.
“This is one of the very rare cases where no one in the entire world can contest that what happened to her was not consensual,” claims Brewer, adding that if it was a consensual encounter, then the woman would remove the tampon herself.
The jury in the High Court in Dublin found that in December 2018, McGregor raped Nikita Hand in the Beacon Hotel, awarding her compensation amounting to almost €250,000. There was also a testimony from the doctor who testified that he had to remove the tampon from Hand’s body by using forceps during the encounter. McGregor denied all the allegations, stating that everything was consensual and that he would appeal the decision of the jury.
In her video, Brewer admits that she got some satisfaction from McGregor’s sufferings, but adds that this is nothing compared to what a rape victim suffers.
“None of that even scratches the surface of what a brutal sexual assault does,” she says.
As a survivor of sexual assault, Brewer claims that the offenders hardly ever feel what their victims feel.
“Most of these men never get a single taste of what they’ve done to other people,” she says.
In conclusion, the creator draws a parallel between how sexual offenders are treated in prison and the kind of damage they inflict on others.
