Zendaya gave her crew members equity in her ‘Malcolm & Marie’ film that she produced. The crew received at least 1% equity in her film ‘Malcolm and Marie’ so they would earn a bonus after the film sold.

The film sold to Netflix for $30 million dollars back in 2020. The crew members made at least $300K before taxes for shooting this film in 12 days.
