“Bad Boys” actress Theresa Randle has been hit with a temporary restraining order after her ex-boyfriend claims she repeatedly harassed, trespassed, and physically assaulted him.
Dario Pallini was granted the restraining order after filing documents detailing two separate incidents in which the actress allegedly broke into his home. He has a hearing scheduled for June 23.
According to court documents filed and obtained by TMZ, Pallini claims Randle began harassing him shortly after they split up in 2024.
The most recent incident allegedly occurred on June 1st, when Pallini returned home and found Randle inside. He states in the filing that he discovered her “sitting in my closet with my dog” while smoking crack cocaine. Pallini alleges she appeared startled by his arrival and told him she had believed he was incarcerated.
When Pallini demanded she leave, he claims she became irate, rambling incoherently before throwing a can of vegetables at him, which hit him in the head as he threatened to call the police. He claims officers arrived and removed her from the residence.
The second incident cited in the filings was May 18, when Pallini claimed he woke up to find Randle in his apartment. He believed she was high and that she immediately began cleaning his home while demanding that he owed her money. He claims she then threatened to shoot him before hitting him in the shoulder with the metal leg of a medical bed and said he had her arrested for the incident.
A judge ordered the temporary restraining order, with Pallini adding in his filings that she “is addicted to drugs and needs help.” The statement has not been independently verified.
A representative for Randle has yet to respond to requests for comment. The actress has not been charged in connection with the filings.
