Following the sudden death of Dr. Bonnie Bailey, Vice President of Student Affairs at Lincoln University Missouri, the people of Jefferson City, Missouri, have taken to demanding that Dr. John Moseley, President of Lincoln University, be fired immediately.
Dr. Bailey tragically killed herself, according to HBCU Buzz reports, citing distress brought on by “severe mistreatment and bullying” in her role.
According to the publication, Dr. Bailey felt mistreated and unsupported despite multiple attempts to address the matter, particularly during her interactions with President Moseley.

In memory of Dr. Bailey, the Jefferson community and social media users have created the hashtag #FireMoseley as a collective call for justice.
