Two Black women recorded a “Karen” withholding their phone charger and then calling the cops — on them.
Central Park woman accuses Black women of threatening to kill her after she asked for her phone changer she dropped during a bike ride.
When asked if racist, the woman says “Yes, I am. I pick my race over any race. What’s your problem?”
Lana Cole, the woman who recorded the woman at Central Park made a YouTube video going into detail about her experience with this woman.
“My friend and I were vlogging our day of taking a bike stroll at Central Park. While biking, the charger flew out of my friend’s bike and this lady shown in the video lunges for the charger immediately. She says we need prove that it is ours to get it back. Meanwhile, she calls the cops and told them we were trying to beat and kill her. While the park was looking at us like we were killers, some policemen happened to stroll by on horses and returned the charger to us under one condition… we had to wait until she calmed down and walked away.”
Lana added: “After this incident I went to the police station in precinct 13 or 14 to file a police report. I was firmly denied twice to make a police report and press charges on this lady. They told me that nothing illegal was done and she was just mentally ill. I found the identity of this lady, her name is Atoosa Lotfi. Atoosa has multiple degrees and serves as a swim and math teacher.”
Lana Cole is currently looking for a lawyer and plans on moving forward with this issue.
