Watch Luffy’s Gear 5 Sneak Peek

It’s finally here—the moment One Piece fans have been waiting for so long. The most anticipated day has finally arrived, as the One Piece anime team has officially teased Luffy’s brand-new Gear 5 form.

Luffy’s new transformation and skills will be displayed in episode 1071, which is scheduled to air on August 6, 2023, according to the trailer.

The longest-running arc of One Piece is currently airing; it is called the Wano arc. Fans will finally see the end of it this year after it has been in production since almost five years ago.

The teaser has elicited nothing less than explosive reactions from fans. As fans of anime and manga express their high hopes for the anime portrayal of the transformation, Twitter is ablaze with excitement.

Numerous people have already drawn comparisons between Luffy’s new transformations and Goku’s Autonomous Ultra Instinct form, which debuted in 2017.
