Brooke Huff was placed under arrest at 1:45 am on April 10, 2026. She is expected to be arraigned in Fayetteville District Court on June 1, 2026, at 8 am, together with a Rule 8.1 hearing scheduled for April 13, 2026. Her bail amount has been fixed at $935.
