Last March, Tyler Canaris was walking to work when Paulding County Sherriff stopped him, mistaking him for a suspect.
The sheriff slammed Tyler on the pavement—breaking his collarbone and giving him a concussion. Canaris reportedly spent nine days in the hospital from the injuries he suffered.
