Desmond Amofah, better known online as Etika, was last seen in Brooklyn last Wednesday, hours after posting a video that prompted friends and fans to fear for his safety.
Some of missing YouTube and Twitch streamer Etika’s belongings, including his phone, wallet, and Nintendo Switch, have been found on the Manhattan Bridge, according to a police source.
A body has been found in the water roughly a half-mile from the Manhattan Bridge. This is also being reported by the Citizen App, with one app user posting a video showing a body bag. There is NO INFORMATION YET that this is connected to Etika. We’ll just have to wait and see.

He was last heard from June 19 at about 8PM by phone. He is 29 years old, approx 6 feet tall, and 160 lbs. He is a known @YouTube blogger and has many people concerned after a recent video.
