The two children of Nipsey Hussle have reportedly received about $11 million from the estate after years of court disputes, according to reports.
17-year-old Emani Asghedom and 9-year-old Kross Asghedom are the only heirs. The total amount includes $11 million in money and other property.
According to Blacc Sam, Nipsey Hussle’s brother and the executor of the estate, The Marathon Clothing line and business will belong to the children, preserving their father’s legacy.
“When I say we own it, it’s in Hussle’s kids’ names,” Blacc Sam said on the Earn Your Leisure podcast. “This is something their father worked for, and that they own, and that’s important to me.”
The payout has come after years of court disputes over the estate, including a custody battle and a dispute over the inheritance with Emani’s mother, Tanisha Foster, which reportedly ended in 2025. Lauren London, Kross’s mother, signed to confirm that her son received his share of the estate.
Previously, the estate had been engaged in litigation regarding the “The Marathon Continues” trademark and its value, which increased considerably after Hussle’s death.
