On Wednesday, a mother of three was arrested for her alleged participation in a prostitution operation conducted from her house. Ashley Ketcherside is facing charges of continuous promotion of prostitution, solicitation of prostitution, and racketeering. Her bail amount stands at $200,000.
The previous arrest was made on April 8th against Ashley Ketcherside, together with her husband, Michael Ketcherside. They were charged with conducting a prostitution ring from their residence for over a decade. It later came out that Ashley coached several women to sell sexual services from the place, and hence her arrest, according to The New York Post.
Michael’s bail was set at $450,000.

The probe led to the arrest of two law enforcement officers from the Godley Police Department. Matthew Cantrell, Godley’s former police chief, is facing charges of promoting prostitution, while Officer Solomon Omotoya is under investigation for solicitation of the vice. According to Dallas station KDFW, members of the Godley police force and their spouses frequented the ring.
According to court documents seen by The Post, Solomon Omotoya directed investigators to Cantrell, who alleged that Ashley charged him $1,000 per hour for sex services. The rate is consistent with what authorities claim in communications obtained from a burner phone seized during the raids, investigators say.
According to reports, Ashley Ketcherside has two prostitution charges on record and used to charge clients $1,000 hourly for sexual services.
In her defense, Ashley stated that Omotoya had never paid her for her services when the police first detained her husband. She said that she believes “two consenting adults should be allowed to do whatever it is that they want to do.” The former Godley resident also denied being a prostitute.
Prior to the discovery, Ashley Ketcherside served on a committee overseeing the sexual education curriculum in the Godley Independent School District. Parents found the prostitution records linked to Ashley’s email address while researching the program online.
