Garrett Rolfe Fatally Shot Rayshard Brooks Has Been Reinstated

Garrett Rolfe, the former officer who shot and killed 27-year-old Rayshard Brooks, has been reinstated by Atlanta’s Civil Service Board.

Rolfe, faces murder and aggravated assault charges, but officials found that his firing violated due process.
